Use with caution in patients with:
Severe liver impairment
Electrolyte imbalances (e.g., low potassium)
Pre-existing heart rhythm abnormalities
- Should be used during pregnancy only when clearly needed
- Not recommended for breastfeeding women
- Not recommended in children under 12 years of age
- Urticaria treatment is not advised in patients under 18 years

✔️ How does Exler 10 work?
Exler contains Ebastine, a long-acting, selective H1-histamine receptor blocker. It offers consistent peripheral receptor inhibition even with prolonged use. After oral intake, Ebastine is quickly absorbed and extensively metabolized in the liver to its active form, carebastine, ensuring effective and lasting allergy relief.

Tablet

Concomitant use with ketoconazole or erythromycin may increase Ebastine plasma levels and prolong the QTc interval.
No interaction with theophylline, warfarin, cimetidine, diazepam, or alcohol has been observed.
Caution: Alcohol or diazepam may intensify drowsiness.

Known allergy to Ebastine or any formulation component.

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C, away from light. Keep out of reach of children.
